Our History
In the exuberant landscapes of the province of San Ignacio, in the heart of the Department of Cajamarca, a dream called "Aromas del Café" was born. This project, conceived by Mr. Walter Jimenez Neyra and his wife, Mrs. Betsabeth Santos Córdova, is much more than a company; it is the materialization of a family legacy rooted in the land and in the intoxicating aroma of coffee.
Aromas del Café" was born from idyllic memories: waking up with the singing of birds, tables adorned with cups of coffee and chontas. "Aromas del Café" is the essence of a tradition and memories rooted in nature and love for the land that saw its birth. Each sip pays homage to the history that began in a small town and blossomed into an aromatic legacy that endures over time.
